Hamza Lifa (LIFA) develops and publishes AutoScroll. This policy explains how AutoScroll handles information, permissions, advertising, and user choices.

Information stored on your device

AutoScroll stores your settings, selected apps, local session summaries, and rewarded-ad time balance in Android's private app storage. This information is not uploaded to an AutoScroll server. You can clear session history or reset local data from AutoScroll Settings. Android removes this data when you uninstall the app.

Accessibility Service

AutoScroll uses Android AccessibilityService only after you review the in-app disclosure and enable the service in Android Settings. It is used to confirm that a selected app is visible, perform a user-requested swipe, show active-session controls, and stop safely when the screen locks, the selected app is no longer visible, or a gesture fails.

AutoScroll does not store, upload, or share accessibility screen content, passwords, private messages, captions, or usernames. It does not use AccessibilityService to like, comment, follow, share, make purchases, click advertisements, or change device settings. A limited set of visible playback-control labels may be compared on-device to identify states such as replay, ended, play, pause, or loading; those labels are discarded immediately.

Optional voice control and microphone

Voice control is optional. If you enable it and grant microphone permission, AutoScroll processes supported voice commands on your device. AutoScroll does not record, store, upload, or share microphone audio.

Optional enhanced reel detection

This feature is disabled by default. If you enable it, Android asks for separate MediaProjection screen-capture consent for each new session. Sampled frames are processed locally and immediately as small temporary grayscale buffers for motion analysis.

AutoScroll does not save screenshots or recordings, upload screen content, process captured captions or usernames, or capture audio for this feature. Temporary buffers are discarded after processing. Capture stops when the session stops, pauses, or permission is revoked.

Advertising and Google AdMob

AutoScroll displays banner, native, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent, device settings, and Google's policies. You can reopen available advertising privacy choices in Settings → Privacy & Data → Privacy and ad choices.

Data sharing

AutoScroll does not sell personal information and does not operate an AutoScroll account, cloud-sync service, or separate third-party analytics service. Google processes advertising data under its own privacy terms. AutoScroll does not share microphone audio, accessibility content, or optional screen-capture content with Google AdMob or another third party.

Permissions and your choices

Depending on the features you choose, AutoScroll may request AccessibilityService access, microphone access, notification permission, foreground-service access, optional per-session MediaProjection consent, vibration access, and network access for advertisements and consent messages.

You may revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings. Features that depend on a revoked permission will stop working.

Data retention and security

Local settings and session data remain in private app storage until you clear them, reset AutoScroll, or uninstall the app. AutoScroll does not retain microphone recordings, accessibility content, screenshots, screen recordings, or captured video frames.

Children

AutoScroll is a general utility application and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when AutoScroll changes or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this privacy-policy URL.
